exception of the host hotel for room-night calculations.

and organizing committee. The Glitz board and committee members must adhere to
The Glitz privacy policies. Board and committee members who violate these
policies will be dismissed from the board or committee.

At The Glitz, security is a priority. We employ appropriate measures to protect
participant information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or
destruction. These may include, among others, encryption, physical access
security and other appropriate technologies. The Glitz board reviews and
enhances its security practices as necessary.

The Glitz may create links to third party websites. The Glitz is not responsible
for the content or privacy practices employed by websites that are linked from

PHOTOGRAPHY
The Glitz cannot take responsibility for, or control photographs taken by
individual attendees. The Glitz cannot control individual attendees from taking
various photographs of others. The Glitz has no means of protecting those who do
not wish to have their photograph taken.
While no guarantee can be made regarding use of photography by any event
attendee, this organization will attempt to ensure that any potential
press-related photography is done in such a was as to safeguard and/or prevent
an intrusion upon everyone's privacy.
